Now as every one knows America is having a challenge with creating jobs. As I was watching the morning news I saw how certain companies
are having recalls and I was just wondering why is this?
Maybe we need to look at our process of manufacturing products and maybe cut it in half and see if we can add the human element back into
it . Don’t get me wrong I believe in the automated process. But as we know a automated process can only do so much. And it can never do what a Human can do, it only can run it’s program. Also I feel there
should be more Human interface monitoring of these systems. Because
this is a way to get people back to work or some of the jobs that
the system took over. That way we can double check all work and not rely on a automated system that may or may not see everything needed to be checked. I feel if we roll back some of the technology not forever but for a while to see if we can come up with a more compatible working model that does not include humans to loose their jobs. Because as we
know the best and most powerful machine on earth is a Human.
Now with this being said I believe it is time to do a gut check!
We all need to remember a saying that use to ring out loud all over
the World. “ MADE IN AMERICA” and do you know why that was
so?
Because America was about Craftsmen now we are acting like our neighbors. We are more into volume first and quality comes second.
Thank god there are a few who still believe in the old ways and try to keep Quality and Volumes neck in neck.
Have you ever notice when manufacture assembly lines were not
automated we did not have so many recalls!?!?
Make you think don’t it?
